They are comparable to standard thermoplastics but a bit stronger, allowing us to make each product low-profile and protective at the same time. Each product is ready to use out of the box, and we often adhere our impact-resistant engineering foam to pair with our 3D printed material for devices such as an AC Joint Pad. 3D printing also enables us to seamlessly print with different materials based on the specific need, so certain products may use different materials, all optimized for individual performance.

After submitting a 3D scan from our app, our design engineers use our proprietary digital fabrication process to create a virtual design of the product in ~15 minutes. After you confirm the digital design, we 3D print the physical product overnight and ship based on your preferences, with the ability to get a product back to you in as little as 48 hours.
